Gotta sub out Frank Buncom -- bad angle on the TD escape route.
How about Stuart Head at Safety?

Anderson needs to come up with answers soon. Not looking good right now.

We did run out of a three wide receiver formation, if that is any consolation.
Yes, another first down run.

We passed once.
Runs of 2, 1, -1, 0, -1 yards on first down.
One pass for 8 yards on first down.

Well, I guess we are finding out how good the Ducks are, and the answer is pretty darn good. Our defense, which looked so good in the first three games, is just getting shredded. On offense, the run game is getting bupkus and all we have are passes to JJ and Smith. Pretty disappointing.

This is the D we expected at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, this is not the O (or special teams) we expected.

Boy, any relation between this Oregon team and the one I saw lose to Boise State in the bowl game is just about zero. I'm wondering how they got so good all of a sudden.

312 yards of total offense so far by Oregon. We have yet to stop them.

Hey we stopped them! Of course, it was on a bad snap where Herbert just falls on his butt.
BC
Walker Little was beaten again on a play where we simply couldn't have given up a sack.
Worst half since WSU two years ago?

This is what it will take to get back into this game.

We miss Toohill.

Gawd...
Maybe we'll play better when Cristobal puts in his scrubs.

On the bright side, it could be worse; we could be Virginia Tech tonight.

This game reminds me very much of the Washington game two years ago. We head up north with an highly ranked undefeated team that we think is pretty good and just get our butts handed to us.

We are missing a lot more than just Toohill. Our defensive line is getting no push up front (though that was a known concern). Our defensive backs are giving Duck receivers way too much space. We aren't tackling all that well. And that's just the problems on defense.
Might be easier to note who is actually playing ok (Costello, Smith, and Arcega-Whiteside).

I honestly thought we would see a more diversified, less predictable offense this season.

Throw the ball, then open it up for Bryce. Running Power down 24-7 defies logic.
Defense will just have to take chances. Need sacks and turnovers.
We are letting them get damaging third down and long conversions.

There's only one person who by himself could make much of a difference for us in this game and he wears a cape.

Well, our touchdown to Arcega-Whiteside was the single most predictable play we run; nobody seems to complain, though.
It's not the predictability, it's when we run something predictably poorly.

Great play by Adebo! We finally stop them on defense (the prior stop was self-inflicted).
Now we need to take advantage of the turnover.
