RE: Week 2 - BostonCard - 09-08-2019

Looked like he had scored a TD, but once it was ruled short, there was no way to overturn. UW will get the ball back with under 20 seconds.

There was going to be no angle to clearly see the ball break the plane.

Once again, looking like the PAC-12 will be out of the playoffs.

Cal outplayed Washington, especially down the stretch. I don’t begrudge them the win.

But getting crushed by SC does indeed suck.

Aren’t they playing in Seattle?

RE: Week 2 - d4cohn - 09-08-2019

UW was really unlucky with the weather, to basically go from playing in front of a sellout crowd
in the loudest environment in the Pac-12, to an empty stadium with no home field advantage
whatsoever.

Cal doesn't stand a chance if they are playing at Husky with a sellout crowd for 4 quarters.

Yes, but if you’re relying on a raucous crowd to help you eke out a win against an average team like Cal, you’re probably just not very good. Not playoff-level good, anyway.
