Just waiting for the third down Cal conversion. Is there a team in the country that has been worse on third down than Stanford? I suspect they have a “differential” stat. Your 3d down conversions versus your opponents. Stanford’s gap has to be massive. Kind of like the middle of the field when the QB steps up and runs.

Did I just see a coach turn down a 5 yard penalty against the defense on 4th and 6, trailing 10-3, in a season he is 0-2 and doesn't have a first half touchdown in two games?
