Voepel - "But I've been voting the Cardinal No. 1 for several weeks and think they are the best overall team."
Creme - "Mechelle touched on so many of the reasons -- the depth, the chemistry, the versatility of talent, the coach -- and they all factor into why I picked Stanford. But the overriding characteristic I keep going back to is that the Cardinal still have more ways to win a basketball game than anyone else in the field."
This is all going very badly for their motivation.
Not true...nearly 30% of experts don't think Stanford is good enough to win the championship! That should be maddening to the team...grrr! :)

How's this for motivation - redemption for miserable performances in the 2019 NCAA tournament.
2nd round vs. BYU - Kiana Williams 4-13 from the field; Lacie Hull 0-8 from the field (including 0-7 from 3)
3rd round vs. Missouri State - Kiana Williams 3-17 from the field (including 0-11 from 3); Lacie Hull - 0 points; Lexie Hull 2-10 from the field
Then Stanford got run out of the gym by Notre Dame in the 4th round. ND had 50 of their 84 points in the paint.
Let's hope that those 3 plus Anna Wilson who played a few minutes in each game can find the touch that eluded them two years ago. Stanford will go as far as those experienced leaders can take them.
