With #1 Jazzy Davidson (offered) having us as her dream school, and #4 Sienna Betts likely wanting to play with her sister for a year, Stanford looks very good for the 2025 class.
Would give us two very long wings (Davidson could play the 2 or 3, Betts the 3, 4)--and both left handed.
And we already have a pledge in this 2025 class from point guard Hailee Swain, a top 25 prospect.

Plenty of times things have looked amazing for a WBB class and for whatever reason it hasn’t all come together.
Maybe Sienna Betts wants to forge her own path, not in the shadow of her sister. Maybe Davidson’s priorities shift. Maybe one or more don’t get accepted.
Would be a hell of a class, but I’m not counting chickens until they sign on the line.

Agreed, see: Katie Lou Samuelson's choice and Watkins & her prior affinity for Stanford.
Two of our three most recent top recruits seemed to have signed on early and out of nowhere, it would seem (Brink and Lauren Betts). Correct me if I am wrong, but both of their announcements were well before the signing period and without much of a warning or hoopla.
Waiting until the signing period and then seeing them sign with another school was particularly gut-wrenching (Rice and Watkins), though Jones was the exception and was great to see.

Kate Koval (offered) 6'6" ranked #5 by Prospects Nation.
Her HS teammate/classmate has been getting a lot of buzz, PG 5'9" Kayleigh Heckel ranked #23 and said to have 4.0 GPA with AP classes.

harper peterson, from rocklin, ca, is at #34 ranked not quite as high, but she looks a lot like kate starbird if that counts for anything!

Should we add 2024 Guard Kayleigh Heckel to the list? She is Hoopgurlz #50. Has a 4.0 GPA and is taking multiple AP classes. Followed by Britney and Kate on twitter and she follows Stanford Womens Basketball on twitter. And I found a news article that said: "UCLA, South Carolina, Duke, Stanford, Northwestern, Yale and a barrage of high major programs are all actively recruiting her."
