Heading to Sunken Diamond again to watch tonight's game. I'm just hoping that we play error free. Our weak link on the field cost us a few runs that we were able to overcome, but I'm not confident we can do it time after time.

Good. Abysmal performance by cobb thus far. Hopefully he regains his form. Hitters need to layoff of that one slider pitch that is way out of the zone.

Yikes indeed. Texas A&M with 2 HR already and they are still batting at the bottom of the first.

Our pitching needs an upgrade in a big way. Especially as Matthews is leaving. Our incoming pitchers are very highly touted however.

Folks, a word if I may. About a century ago on another board I regularly dissed Wayne Taylor. A discussion with a friend straightened me out. The players are kids. They make mistakes. Please lay off Owen.
We were spoiled at SS by Nico Hoerner and Adam Crampton. I trust Esquer’s judgment. if he had a better option at SS he’d take it.

Playing SS is hard. Playing D1 Baseball is hard.
Witness Becerra not catching that “double” to shallow left.
But apparently he is the “SS of the future” so I hope he shakes it off and ups is .900+ OPS!
