Just a guess but kind of makes sense .... SMU?

SMU climbed into the Top 25 this week and was relevant in the 30s and sporadically since then. They would have been down last time Vanderbilt was ranked (2013?) so they fit the profile.

Yep.. Vandy and Indiana are simultaneously ranked for the first time in 87 years.  Add in Navy and Army and you have Exhibit A for the possibility of the teeming masses rising up to find a place at the noblemen’s banquet table. Yes, we can!
