Hambly never gives information about injuries but said everyone saw the injury to Parks so she would not be playing last night and there is a process she has to complete. Not surprisingly, it seems pretty clear that she is in the concussion protocol. She was dressed for the game and looked good with no visible ill effects. I imagine and hope that she will be cleared to play after the time required by the protocol.
Taylor was back on the bench after going to the locker room. She spent some time sitting with an ice pack on her right knee/upper calf but not long and was able to walk normally after that and participated in the post game celebration. So from the public view, she didn't appear to have a serious injury but who knows. I hope they are both healthy soon. It feels like we will need both of them to finish out the season.

Cal looked a little better at home, but their passing was not up to it.
Stanford sweeps, -17, -15, -17.
The Cardinal had 13 aces vs. 6 SEs; outblocked the Bears 9-2.
Tusher started and played the whole match. It was reported that Parks was not dressed for the match, but Yu was.
Senior day at 3pm Wednesday, vs. Georgia Tech. Stanford swept them in Atlanta in October.
ETA: Stanford remains in a three-way tie with Pitt and Louisville atop the ACC.
Louisville is at Pitt on Wednesday at 4pm PST.

It wasn’t just setting. Parks had a respectable 18 assists but her hitting % was -1.000. Yu: 33A, 0.500 H%.

Parks had one attempt and missed it, an inconsequential stat.

Set two going much better for Stanford. I think Parks has looked pretty good with her setting and blocking. We've had a lot of errors. Will be tough to win this match. Does look like a HS gym as others have mentioned.
