That's not a lot of depth compared to the OLBs, but it's hardly a catastrophe as long as Barton returns. I really don't see anyone at OLB being really capable of moving inside, maybe convert a FB to ILB?
Barton may not be back (rumors that he will grad transfer). Pryts is a converted safety. Miezan and Mangum-Farrar will be redshirt freshmen who have not seen a lot of action; the former is a lacrosse star with football potential but very little experience. Sinclair will be true freshmen. Beecher is a former walk-on.
The good news is that we have a fair number of players who could wind up emerging. The bad news is that unless Barton returns, we will have almost no experience, and no indications that any of the young guys will emerge. It is perhaps a bit like the defensive line situation this year, but with less hype.

It might be fine, but it sure has questions.
Will Barton return?
Will Beecher return?
I believe that the group sans Barton has 11 career tackles between them. Lots of stepping up necessary.
But, it still may be correct that getting these guys ready might be more practical than position swapping.

And another thread reminded Levani Damuni will be joining the roster as an ILB along with Sinclair this Summer.
So given Miezan, JMF, Sinclair and Damuni are within a year of each other, I don't know how it makes tons of sense to take another ILB in the 2019 class, from a balance standpoint.
If Miezan and JMF are good, it won't matter that they are RS Frosh. They will have a veteran DL in front of them that should be the strength of the defense, in addition to the OLBs.
I'm expecting big things from Sinclair, but have no expectations for Damuni given it usually takes a rear for guys returning from missions before they are physically ready to play again.

MUST take at least one ILB in EVERY recruiting class. I'd argue 1.5 (i.e., if you took 1 last year you have to take 2 this year).
