Did that to me as well. Drives me nuts. I gave up on trying to fix it, just resumed watching from where it re-started and saw some of the game twice, refused to make any more changes so I ended watching the game a few minutes after the game ended. Resisted the temptation to go to the ESPN scoreboard and see what had happened. Very annoying is putting it mildly.
I think Stanford's defense was, at times, better than many comments above have given it credit for. Those steals in the 4th quarter were terrific, for me, one of the highlights of the game. And for Brink, in addition to her 14 points and 16 rebounds, she had 5 blocks. Points would have been higher had she not joined in the "missing bunnies" disease.

The defense was indeed generally very good. We turned them over a lot, hung onto the ball ourselves. Loved the lack of turnovers. The offense was not terrible, just did not hit the shots. Lexie had an off game, the opposite of her Oregon game, shooting. Rebounding could have been much better. The officiating was a bit schizophrenic. They all of a sudden started calling every little thing or even nothing on both teams in the third quarter. Jump has become perhaps our most consistent scorer. She has really become a good overall player, offense and defense both. Lately Wilson has been running the point more and doing a good job. Maybe she was not physically right early this season. She looks much more intense on defense, back to her old ways lately.
Overall, a decent win, not close to an A game, but had it under control all game.

And don't look now but our free throw shooting has been improving--9/12 today. 12 assists on 25 made baskets--not that great, but it reflects Gonzaga's strong defense and maybe a few lessons about forced passes against Oregon.
And, not as dramatic as the niners win....into the playoffs.

I captured most of the stream but haven't uploaded it to YouTube. I was experimenting to try to fix the audio problem I was having. I did get it fixed for the second half, but there is no audio for the first half, plus I missed a couple of chunks prior to the 8:00 mark of the first quarter. I noticed that someone else has uploaded Stanford's most recent previous livestreamed game to YouTube *with* audio, so maybe they will do that again. If not, I can upload what I have later; PM me if you want it.

Re Lexi, the other team gets a vote. After watching her Friday performance,
Gonzaga was likely keying on her defensively.

A few things:
1) Brink confirmed she was out with Covid and that her better game Sunday compared with Friday might be due to better conditioning.
2) Tara singled Brink out for praise, particularly 4/4 free throws and 8 O-boards.
3) Tara mentioned that Lexie may have been pressing, to go 0/5 from three.
4) Tara also praised Jump, saying that she could have become discouraged (presumably in prior years due to lack of playing time) but instead she worked to improve and that she has expanded her game far beyond shooting. First in the gym, last to leave--clearly Tara would like to see other players emulate that model. Tara noted her defense, "Now I'm trying to get her to rebound" Tara said as the next step in the progression.
5) In comparison to the first game, Tara said we improved our free throw shooting, reduced our turnovers, and rebounded better. Our shooting was somewhat off, but "sometimes you just have nights like that" and those other factors are how you win when you do.
6) Tara also noted that we do well the second time we play another team since it gives us a chance to absorb the scouting report, and that we did a better job against certain Gonzaga players. She noted Gonzaga 33 (Kempton who went from 16 points to 8 points) as an example of improved implementation of the scouting report.

Regarding playing a team twice, now we know another motivation for scheduling the top teams.
