Is it possible that Haase will turn out to be a great coach and that we are Duke va 1984?

I'm guessing you're joking, but let's do the actual comparison.  Here's Coach K's first 6 seasons at Duke in a nutshell:

- NIT
- losing season
- losing season
- NCAA Tourney 2nd round
- NCAA Tourney 2nd round
- NCAA championship game loss

So, Haase is already two second-round Tourney appearances and a championship game behind Coach K.  No comparison.

Also, Duke fans are ridiculous.  They wanted to fire the guy in the middle of a 24-10 season?

Considering KU led the game 7-0 to start, UNC has outscored them 40-18 since the 18:00 mark, to lead 40-25 at half.

I don't think too many people saw this coming.

Fantastic comeback. Remy Martin the difference, ASU transfer.

The two teams athleticism absolutely dwarfs Stanford’s.

If you happened to see the lords of the NCAA Committee sitting court side, yes they are as serious as they appear. Most with hairpieces, a bunch of Neanderthals licking their chops for all the cash they just made along with first class travel and perks. Bastards.

No I have to turn off the TV before the vomit inducing Bright shining............

Interesting.  I have exact opposite reaction (though I can do without the suits).

In NBA, players skip key games down the stretch for playoff positioning; in NCAAs, you have injured kids saying "You'd have to cut my leg off for me to miss the next game."  To each their own.  But I remain more convinced than ever if every single one-and-doner in college opted for the G-League, the NCAAs would still be ENORMOUSLY popular.  [Name on front of jersey still matters . . . a lot].

Evidently, the jury is still out on Haase. Amazing the impact one person can have on a jury, and in this case it's a one person jury. Muir.

I am not a Haase supporter, and I agree with those who believe the balance of evidence suggests that he’s not the right man for the job. However, I am humble enough to recognize that I could be wrong.
