Heck and Krauter are 1 up. Zhang, Englemann and Seay are 1 down.

I am just saying that I could do with a little less stress in this match.
Heck, Englemann, and Zhang now tied up in their matches (through 11, 11, and 10, respectively), with Krauter 2 up thru 9 and Seay 1 down thru 9.

The match is tied at 2-2-1, with Zhang's match (through 12) the only one knotted up.
Heck and Krauter are both 2 up (through 13 and 11), and Englemann and Seay are both 1 down (through 12 and 10).

I really appreciate the Golf Channel providing coverage but it is time for my annual "SHOW THE CRUCIAL MATCHES" frustration. I might be a bit biased in which matches are crucial I suppose. However, spending 15+ minutes on a match that is dormie for a team that is well in control is classic Golf Channel NCAA Championship coverage.

The anchor match is almost as even as it could be. Seay and Hung have played 10 holes, only 1 bogey between them, by Seay at the 4th to go 1 down. Since then, it's just been one par after another for the last 6 holes.
Heck and Krauter are both 2 up. Englemann and Seay are 1 down. Zhang all square.
No match has been more than 2 up at any point.

Somehow Stanford is looking like the team with the most tenuous position out of the four matches' higher seeds...is it Stanford, or is Georgia just punching up effectively? Either way, hang on tight.

Krauter moves to 3 up as Heck drops to 1 up, but Seay takes her first lead of the match to make it three matches with a Stanford lead, albeit two of them being 1 up. Englemann remains 1 down and Zhang is still tied.
Seay goes 2 up! But Zhang drops 14 to go one down, so it's currently a 3-2 Stanford lead.

Mahe birdied 17. She takes a 1 up lead over Zhang to the 18th hole.
Seems like Krauter and Seay have to maintain their leads and win for Stanford to advance. Krauter just made a mess of 16. She needed a bogey to halve the hole and win the match. She made double bogey. But she is still 2 up with 2 to play. Seay is 3 up with 3 to play.

A couple of simple 2 putt pars by Krauter and Seay clinch their matches. Stanford wins and advances to the semis this afternoon!
Opponent TBD. UCLA and Auburn are tied 2-2 with the final match still to be decided.

Looks like we and the Bruins have had a reversal of fortunes. On the scoreboard it looked like UCLA enjoyed an advantage throughout the early going. Now it says they're down 1 through 15 in the decisive match.
