Stanford wins the DMR with Willis in 800 leg and Whitaker the Mile leg just an hour after their 800s. What an incredible finish

What a gutty race by Whitaker to hold on for the win in the DMR. It did not look like she was going to be able to push through it.

Maya Valmon ran a split of 51+. Last year her best indoors was 55+.

Remember Dick Vermil (a one time Stanford Assistant Football Coach) being interviewed after he retired from pro football coaching mentioned when Renaldo Nehemiah told him want it would take to sign a pro football contract, Vermil told to stay with track if he can make that kind of money, Nehemiah the number he quoted was on the low end of what he could make in track.

Tyreek Hill ran 60 meters in 6.70 today at a masters meet. Hill is thought to be the fastest guy in the NFL. Udodi has run 6.59. Christian Coleman holds the world record at 6.34.

With the indoor season complete the Men set 4 school records 60, 200, 800 and weight throw and 21 additions to the top 10 all time at Stanford

For the Women this indoor season 5 school records. 400, 800,4x400 relay, DMR and the LJ
25 top 10 all time marks

Our sprint recruit Dylan Davis just ran 6.69 in the 60 which would be # 2 all time at Stanford
Our Aussie recruit Amy Bunnage ran a 8:51 3K faster by 11 seconds any USA HSer in the last year indoor or out. That’s better than Patti Sue Plummer’
