Yes, Washington in 2017 and 2019.

Washington earns its fourth national title | NCAA.com

Also, Stanford and Texas tied in 2022, but Texas took the title by virtue of their first place finish in Varsity Eight.

There was a three way tie in 2021, but Texas took the title in the same way.

Stanford and Brown tied in 2011, but Brown beat Stanford by 0.05 second for 2nd place in the (what was called back then) Grand Final of the I Eight.
