Slim, but not infinitesimal. UNI just took the first set from Louisville, 28-26

Team figured out the LMU atrack, getting many more blocks. 17-13 set 2.

Stanford sweeps; third set at 16.
All three pin hitters hit above .500, and both middle blockers above .400. Incredible consistency; we hit above .500 in all three sets. We had three hitting errors, total.
Watching some of the other matches, I forget how good Miner is. Her setting is next level.

Stanford played a great match.
I was following the Louisville/UNI score intently. So darn close.
Well, if Stanford can play like that again, they may be in Louisville for almost two weeks.
Louisville may have their hands full with Purdue. Of course, Stanford can't look past Florida.
Regional schedule has been released. Stanford plays Florida Thursday, 12/12, at 4pm PST (7pm EST).
Purdue/Louisville match follows. Regional final is on Saturday at 4:30pm PST.

After a brief slow start in the first set Stanford played some of its best volleyball of the season.
The announcers didn't seem to recognize the reason LMU was constantly out of system was because of Stanford's serving.

Since I've commented about the announcers before, I thought I'd add that Kevin Danna and Naya Crittenden did a great job for the Sac State-Stanford match. Of course, Danna brought his professional style and historical knowledge of Stanford, while Crittenden brought a player's insights. (I haven't watched the LMU game yet, but that one had Sara Ach and Naya Crittenden)

Here is a video of the flight to Louisville. I believe the Saab 2000 can carry about 50 passengers depending on flight regulations.

I was puzzled by "final travel trip of the year?" but then I saw the Final Four is in Louisville, so I guess the question is how long that final trip is...
Also, the DSM-5. Who is the psych major? I feel like the roster used to list majors, but I guess we don't care about the student part of student/athlete (or, maybe I'm dense and I didn't find it)

Yes, that's why I said I hope they stay through the 22nd.
If you switch to "table" view, the roster does list majors. None declared as a psych major (yet).

Thanks! Glad they didn't get rid of the feature (though it is not my business what they major in, it is always interesting, and I think we should celebrate academic success as much as athletic success).
Hum Bio and Community Health and Prevention Research (didn't know that major existed) both could have classes to learn about psychiatric disorders and thus see the DSM.
