Do I recall hearing one of the announcers say that Anna is a projected first round draft choice?  I'm sure her stock has gone up during this tourney.

All other things aside, if Stanford stumbles, it will be disheartening for our seniors to leave.  If Stanford were to win it all, then it would be a good time, esp. for Anna.

Yeah, makes more sense to have Anna guard Evans. I didn't realize she scored that much. 20/game - Anna will hold her under that!

I don't think they said that. Kiana is a projected draft pick, probably first round now, though I saw her projected as 2nd round earlier in the season. Maybe that's what you heard.

I saw some speculation on RebKell.net about Anna being drafted, but probably 3rd round. Being drafted then isn't likely to lead to making the team. It gets you into camp for a while during preseason, so it's good experience and looks good on your resume if you want to sign to play overseas.

I’m pretty sure that remark was about Kiana.

The other interesting remark was that at one point, Brink had 5 blocks in 7 minutes on the floor. One thing for sure - everyone’s gonna be driving on Brink from here on to try to get those quick fouls.

Anna was just superb. Their all-conference player, #11, was very aggressive and moved like a runaway freight train out there and Anna just completely took her out of the game. And those drives to the bucket by Anna were beautifully done.

It was kind of painful to watch our 3rd string out there struggling to score - I’m not sure they ever did - and I wonder if it would help their development more if either VanG or Agnes ever got a chance to come in and play with the starters. Just a thought.

I have seen projections where Kiana is drafted anywhere from late first round to middle of second. I have yet to see Anna in any projection. I did see DiJonai drafted a few slots behind Kiana. Aari in top 10, as well as Lou's Evans.
