Hazel Alevok 2025 MB, 6'6". I heard she's interested in Stanford although many schools recruiting her. At 6'6" and 16 years old Alevok is what one might expect in terms of athleticism. Hopefully coordination and quickness improve as her body matures over the next two years..

When will the PAC-12 announce the WVB schedule? I assume the TV/streaming conference negotiations don't impact the fall sports scheduling.

I really like what I've seen in the latest videos of Harvey. I think she could be surprising. Outside hitter will be the one and probably only position Stanford will have depth going into this season.

I think DS is very good depth especially with our 3 outsides playing all 6 rotations.
Last year the schedule was June 16 iirc

Thanks for the 2023 freshmen class, BobK. In her bio, Harvey is listed as prepvolleyball #14 senior ace. From the picture she has been putting time in the weight room.
I noticed Maiya Tillman is no longer on the roster. She was listed as a 5'10" outside hitter. With the incoming class I can understand Tillman deciding to move on.

Stanford is headed overseas for a 12-day foreign tour that will feature competitions against national teams with stops in Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovenia and Croatia.
The team will play three matches while in Istanbul, the hometown of incoming freshman Ipar Kurt. Kurt will join the group in Istanbul along with classmates Julia Blyashov, Jordyn Harvey and Koko Kirsch.
The group will arrive back in the United States on June 28.
2025 MB being recruited by Stanford. She will get dozens and dozens of offers.

I trust Hambly and Alex are on top of recruiting. For Stanford WVB it's a different approach. There won't be any firm offers anytime soon.

Thanks, the TV/livestream listings seem to be incomplete. I expect most conference games not on the network will be on Pac-12 Insider or something similar. Also in the past some non-conference games were shown on ESPN and ESPN+.

Team is in Turkey. I see Francis which is good; I'm still not clear if she is injury free. I see the three USA freshmen. I didn't see Baird, Kipp, or Kurt although it may have been because the camera didn't pan all the way across the team.

Stanford just had graduation and a number of players were at Stanford for the ceremonies. They will join the team soon. I saw a photo of Kurt with the team

I don't see Line Andersson. Possibly Swedish citizens can't get visas to Turkey or maybe some other reason.
