I'm glad to see that many of these early offers are going to guys in the trenches, especially on the defensive side. It's been the area we have struggled with the most historically, so I like the energy.

Agree.
Skill positions gets most of the attention and fawning.
But the Trenches is really where the game prospects are set up.

But the Trenches is really where the game prospects are set up.
Month of 6th DL offer by cycle:
2019: February
2020: June
2021: May
2022: February
2023: April
2024: January
In each of these cycles we landed 1 of those first 6 (usually the 5th/6th one), so we should feel pretty good about getting one of these few recently-offered DL.

We have offered. 247 is missing 8 of our offers by my last count, including him. Amazing.
