What was the deal in the 2nd quarter when Haley was dribbling the ball up the court while scratching her neck?

Yes, I assumed that was a signal.

Oh, okay. That makes sense. Glad it's not a skin condition.

Most of you probably know this, but if anyone wants to watch the full game again, it is available on ESPN replay, for about a month.

Not one of Lepolo's best games as a point guard. BUT, on the other hand, she had two very nice scoring drives through multiple TN defenders where she sized up the defense and then attacked effectively.

Yeah, she was undersized, which is probably always going to be the case, but the Tenn defenders were also very athletic and didn't allow her much space. It's notable that when Tara pulled her for Agnes and had Haley bring the ball up, that we had better matchups and our great 4th Q run happened.
My wish list -- I would like to see her develop a quick shot release like Hannah in the off-season. It would really add to her game.

Cam named Pac-12 player of the week for her Tennessee game performance. Stanford's first POTW award this season.

I agree with all of this. Her drives to the basket were crafty--not out of control--you could tell she was looking to dish if the opportunity arose but was prepared to score if they let her through. But I'd like to see her get comfortable hitting a few jumpers each game too, Amber Orrange-like. And that will require a quicker release. That will come, I think, in time. Maybe not this season. Probably something that will need work in the critical freshman-to-sophomore off season.
I was quite surprised that Tennessee did not press Jones when she was bringing the ball up court. So long as teams just let her advance the ball, she is in fact a great point-forward.

SF Chron article about the game, should not be behind a paywall.

During the game (in person, so without the benefit of replay), I felt Brink had clearly worked on and was very conscious of avoiding fouls. Maybe she was only 75% on free throws, but I believe she profitably spent the last 2 weeks working on this. But, it takes more than 2 weeks to unlearn bad habits, and she'll still get calls against her. I thought I was seeing a difference in this game.

I agree. In the Chron article, she is quoted re how she's working on it.

Playing that well on a game broadcast on ABC has already had a brobdingnagian impact on Cam's national profile. Quotes from an article today in The Athletic:
"Stanford finally faced some game pressure for the first time since matching up against the Gamecocks, and the Cardinal acquitted themselves well,
mostly thanks to the play of Cameron Brink:
"Stanford is 19.6 points per 100 possessions better with Brink on the court."
"once the junior returned,
the magic happened"
"Brink is the best-finishing big Stanford has on the interior, and
she can credibly stretch the floor."
"[Brink's] also been
an absolute monster defensively, almost disrespectful in the way she rejects shots."
"Boston is clearly the best big (and best player) in the country, but
Brink is creating another line of demarcation behind her."
* * *
Because she hasn't played enough minutes to accumulate the stats of some other players, Cam's often ignored when people talk about the very best players in the country. This is despite Stanford's unquestionable success from the moment she stepped on campus. People have seen her play in the NCAA tournament and have seen Stanford win 10 tournament games over the past 2 seasons (tied with South Carolina for the most of any team in the country), but other Stanford players (like Jones or even Prechtel) were designated the heroes in many of those wins. Yesterday Brink was the clear hero against one of the top-branded teams in WBB (in a network-televised game) and there was no way viewers could ignore her impact. She's got the attention now. I suspect she will continue to justify it.

Well said OC. Thank goodness we will have her for another year, which will allow her to shine after Boston's departure, and give her more time to continue to make progress on her fouls. Of course the best situation would be if we won a natty this year--then the spotlight would really be on her heading into next year.
So let's go win a natty, for Brink's sake. (And everyone elses!)
