Wisconsin has not been a recruiting hotbed for us. by my track, we've offered Ben Gardner, Fred Willis, Vince Biegel and Ben Bredeson since '09. this appears to be the 2nd Shaw offer to a Wisconsin kid.

247 doesn't show us as having offered Bredeson, but you might know better than I.

Rivals tracked the offer and it was picked up in other recruiting stories as well. I had on/around February 13, 2015 as reported offer date in my notes.

commits? at this point, I'd like to see some more '21 offers made, especially at QB. it has been what >900 days since we've made a committable offer at QB.
