Looks like the personnel chart can be updated with the removal of Dylan Boles, Stuart Head, and, most notably, Walker Little.

Soph walk-on OL Wakely Lush is also no longer on the roster, and we have a frosh walk-on RB named Caleb Robinson on the roster.

Not sure if this is the best place to put this, but Donald Stewart caught five passes for 41 yards in Wake Forest's last game (against NC State).
Happy that the transfer seems to be working out for him.

Hey all. Sorry for the delay in making the changes in the chart. To be honest, it's been hard to find motivation to engage with Stanford football given the state of things, not to mention the prospects of the team.
Nevertheless, here are the changes that I made.
Departures
Senior CB
Paulson Adebo
Senior DE
Dylan Boles (walk-on)
Senior S
Stuart Head
Sophomore S
Brock Jones
Senior OT
Walker Little
Sophomore OT
Wakely Lush (walk-on)
Addition
Freshman RB Caleb Robinson (walk-on)
Most of these have already been discussed. Stuart Head was likely not going to see much playing time in an already understaffed safety room. Brock Jones played a lot on special teams, and probably would have gotten some PT; he's likely choosing to concentrate on baseball. The big losses are, of course, Paulson Adebo and Walker Little, both of whom were All-American candidates and future NFL draft picks; I can understand why both of them did not want to risk their future in a greatly-shortened season that, especially in the early going, was not certain to be seen through. I was hoping both of them would be lured back simply to be able to play with their brothers one last season, but both also have a history of injuries, and I am sure that has them thinking long and hard about their limited window.
I have not as of yet denoted any starters to take their place. Rouse or Hinton, likely, for Little, and maybe Manley for Adebo. Our defensive backfield...
We are also back down to a more Stanford-like 79 scholarship players.

Long term a positive that Little and Adebo aren’t playing. The reps generated for younger players will pay off.... I hope.

Thunder Keck and Spencer Jorgensen were put on scholarship today.
Also, Pakola appears in this video and indeed looks every bit of 310.

Switched senior OLB
Thunder Justice Keck and sophomore S
Spencer Jorgensen from walk-on to scholarship players after both were awarded scholies for their hard work and significant contributions in game PT.
Congrats to both!

Switched now-scholarship sophomore
Spencer Jorgensen from S to ILB. Not sure of the reasoning for the switch, unless he is just getting too big, or maybe he is too slow. Regardless, seems he is a ST standout.

He's 6'2" 220. Already bigger than Tristan Sinclair.
I also thought Caleb Kelly might be moving from OLB to ILB based on videos. If that's the case, and the room now looks a little more crowded, IMO we should consider switching Aeneas DiCosmo from ILB to OLB. There will be a massive hole there in a couple years unless we add another younger guy to the room with Herron, and I think DiCosmo wanted to play OLB in college anyways.

The new depth chart can answer some questions.
https://247sports.com/college/stanford/LongFormArticle/Stanford-Cardinal-Defensive-Depth-Chart-At-12-Oregon-Thomas-Booker-Dalyn-Wade-Perry-Thomas-Schaeffer-Curtis-Robinson-Ricky-Miezan-Jordan-Fox-Kyu-Kelly-Malik-Antoine-154118784/#154118784_5
Specifically, it looks like Ethan Bonner will be the other starting CB and Ricky Miezan will be the other starting ILB.

Hmm. Interesting.
1) I think we figured out a way to win. Twelve starters on offense. I guess they did that in case they open up with three WR instead of a FB, which we are wont to do lately. Still, have to believe that, as of now, Fehoko is still third in that pecking order.
2) Looks like the OT shook out the way that most figured it would. How long until Hinton works his way in?
3) West as the backup QB. Hopefully unnecessary. Seems McKee is the long term answer there.
4) Shaffer beats out Johnson for the DE spot opposite Booker. It's been fun to watch the progression of the big Austrian.
5) Miezan is a pretty cool story. From lacrosse star to starting D1 ILB. Thought it might be JMF here.
6) Slightly surprised that Bonner got the nod over Manley for CB2, though, to be honest, his injuries have prevented us from seeing what he's got.
7) Very surprised that walk-on Kyle Petrucci is the LS over recruited freshman Bailey Parsons. Good for him.
Will mark starters on the chart soon.

I made injury denotations in the chart.
- 5th Year RB Dorian Maddox
- Senior OLB Gabe Reid
- Junior ILB JMF
- Junior OLB Loa Kaufusi
- Sophomore CB Kyu Blu Kelly
- Sophomore ILB Tristan Sinclair
- Sophomore CB Nicolas Toomer
Maddox, Magnum-Farrar, Sinclair, and Toomer are likely out of the season. Reid and Kelly were starters.
I also added starters at positions that were still unknown.
- Senior Tucker Fisk gets the nod over 5th Year Scooter Harrington at TE.
- Sophomores Walter Rouse, Barrett Miller, and Branson Bragg are named the starters at LT, LG, and RG, respectively. Miller is listed as an OT on the roster, but I have moved him to OG on the chart, a la Devery Hamilton.
- 5th Year Thomas Schaffer gets the start at DE opposite Thomas Booker. Great work by the big Austrian to develop himself so well over the years.
- Senior, and now scholarship player, Thunder Justice Keck will start at OLB for the injured Reid. Surprised they went with Keck over the more heralded players at the position.
- Junior Ricky Miezan named the starter at ILB opposite Curtis Robinson. Thought it might have been JMF, bu the injury made the decision easy. Miezan is quite a story - from star lacrosse player to starter at D1 linebacker.
- Junior Ethan Bonner tabbed to start opposite Kelly at CB. I have not denoted a starter to take the place of the injured Kelly as it is not clear who that is yet. Manley probably.
- Junior Kyle Petrucci, a walk-on, is named the team's long snapper. A surprise that he beat out scholarship player Bailey Parsons. Good for Kyle!
As always, I appreciate any corrections or input.

Denoted senior QB
Davis Mills, senior WR
Connor Wedington, and junior DE
Trey LaBounty as injured for the Oregon game.
Mills and Wedington are starters. I am marking junior QB
Jack West and junior WR
Simi Fehoko as their replacements.

Stanford/Oregon Walk-On Union Watch -
Langdude - 11-09-2020
Walk-On Union Watch. Four non-scholarship players got PT against the Ducks.
- LS Kyle Petrucci, jr. He served as the team's long snapper for both punts and kicks.
- OLB Caleb Phillips, sr. Picking up from last year with his solid contributions, though he did not record a tackle.
- TE Kyle McCombs, sr. He did not record a statistic, though I believe he is used as a blocker.
- S Jason Kaul, so. Likely on ST. He did not record a tackle.
In addition...
- WR Brycen Tremayne, a junior former walk-on, caught three balls for 48 yards, including a 38-yarder.
- OLB Thunder Justice Keck, a senior former walk-on, started and recorded three tackles.
- P Ryan Sanborn, a sophomore former walk-on, had two punts for a 37-yard average, including a beauty inside the five.
- S Noah Williams, a senior former walk-on, started at nickleback. He did not record a statistic.
- ILB Spencer Jorgensen, a sophomore former walk-on, recorded a tackle.
- S J.J. Parson, a 5th year former walk-on, did not record a statistic.
