I'm confused what the current recruiting rules are. I thought a coach couldn't talk to a recruit until her junior year.

The rules for each sport are different but her soph year ended weeks ago

Alana Smith just flew in from Australia so I'm wondering why some athletes aren't allowed entry and some others are? Does anyone know any details as to why this is?

Also with Avery Van Sickle (UW - 2021), Autumn Watts (UNM - Sophomore), and 2022 Raegan Beers.
Not sure if Stanford is recruiting Beers (she doesn’t use social media, isn’t that crazy?), but she is ranked #22.
