Oh, that's absolutely on our coaches.  But everyone here seems to think the real problem is the offensive playcalling.

Of course it is.  It’s also a recipe for injury. We have been unusually lucky over the Shaw years with some serious iron men on the DL.

Arguably the most valuable player on each team went out with potentially season ending injuries.  Brutal.
