Two 3-hole leads, and two 2-hole leads as we navigate this back 9.

Salinda's opponent hit a ball that was going way past the green but hit a spectator and bounced back to a good lie. If it turns out that that fat man was a Vandy fan . . .

Yesterday Salinda hit a delicate bunker shot that was going to be near perfect. But it bounced off a sprinkler head and ran 10 feet past the hole.
Last week in the epic deciding match vs. Duke, Virginia Elena Carta of Duke hit a shot that was headed for a hazard before it rebounded onto the fringe off a hazard stake.
All of these funny bounces, both favorable and unfavorable, are called the rub of the green.

From the video it is hard to understand why that guy could not have got out of the way of the ball. There were no other people around to stop him from just moving away from the ball. Perhaps he was texting or something.

Is is just me or is the Golf channel not showing much of Stanford's players. Even when they cut to our match, they seem to just show the Vandy players.

As a procedural matter, what happens to the matches that aren't finished when the overall team win is clinched? In tennis, those are just abandoned, but are they conceded in golf? Halved? Do they also count as uncompleted? It's not a big deal, of course, but there could be impacts to a particular player's ranking.
I've followed some NCAA golf on here, so I'm sure this has been an issue before, but I don't specifically recall what the answer is. I think they play them all out, but is that right?

The remaining matches end when the match is clinched and the players are informed of the result. I don't think they even finish the hole. The player that is ahead is awarded the point. A match that is all square means 1/2 point for each team.

In the remaining three matches, Tuleubayev is leading by 4 with five holes to go. We are down one in the other two matches.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma State still leads 3-2-0, going up 2 strokes in the first match, but like BC noted, the leads in the fourth and fifth matches are just one hole through 11. Texas is now 4 up through 12 and 3 up through 12 in the second and third matches.
