Ms. Holmes, 41, with six years remaining to be served on her sentence, has petitioned the federal government for clemency.

Holmes defrauded the wrong people. The biggest loss was suffered by Trump's former Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos ($100M).

I was pretty shocked to see Liz at our 10-year reunion in 2016. The Wall Street Journal had published their piece which brought national attention to Theranos' fraud a year earlier so the cat was already out of the bag. Unfortunately, she was nowhere to be found for our 20th reunion this weekend. I guess Stanford homecoming doesn't qualify for work release.

Wasn't she only around for like a semester of frosh year?
Weird that she would come to reunion in 2016. I didn't have the biggest social circle on campus, but as a fellow 06'er, nobody I knew at Stanford had any memorable interactions with her.

She was there for all of freshman year and definitely had a social life. I would consider her in the group of the biggest partiers from our freshman dorm.
She rushed a sorority, Tri Delt I believe, and was on campus for the beginning of sophomore year. The alleged sexual assault occurred in October of our sophomore year and she dropped out shortly thereafter.
