I played infield, won five World Series rings, once led the league in runs scored, only played for the Yankees, always wore #2, mostly batted 2nd in the batting order, and my last regular season game was a September 27th game against the Red Sox at Fenway Park. In that game, I had one hit, and my manager (named Joe) didn't let me play the whole game. Who is this player?

Obvious but a trick so I would venture that the manager was Joe McCarthy. Rizzuto was #10, I think Gordon was #8. Gehrig was #4. I can’t remember the third basemen. So it had to be Snuffy Stirnweis.

I was stumped by the Q because I wrongly interpreted the answer as having to be someone who was drafted by one of the four in ‘61/‘62. Obviously, none of those guys played for all four.
Speaking of which, here is another expansion question. Who were the first choices of the Houston Colt 45’s and the New York Mets in the 1962 expansion draft? Hint - both guys were SF Giants.

Cesar Tovar, Billy Williams, and Eddie Milner hold the record for having been the only players on their teams to record a hit in five games. However, only Milner in 1983 and Tovar (twice) in 1969 did it in the ninth inning to break up a no-hitter.
Horace Clarke of the New York Yankees broke up three no-hitters in the ninth inning, all within a month in 1970; Joe Mauer broke up three no-hitters in the ninth, between 2008 and 2013.
Nolan Ryan, who owns the major league record for one hitters, also has had the most no-hitters broken up in the ninth-inning with five.
As noted by Bob, Mike Mussina had two perfect games broken up in the ninth inning; he lost a perfect game on a one-out single by Sandy Alomar in 1997 and a two-out single by Carl Everett in 2001.

Ryan is the only player who solely played for the four expansion teams. Bu he's not the only one who played for all four teams. That would include Darren Oliver, who played for Texas (10 years), Angels (3 years), Mets (1 year) and Astros (1 year). But he also played for Boston, Florida, Colorado, Toronto and St. Louis.
