More to the game than just these numbers, but these numbers certainly matter:

Is that SOS for games played, or overall?

While Stanford rides high this way, separately looking at differentials in yds/rush and yds/pass then adding the two is a little odd.

It may be more relevant to look at overall yds/play differential - at least that is the sort of thing most statistical power-ratings look at.

Team      yds/play off          yds/play def            yds/play diff
$C              8.06                    5.19                        2.87
UW              5.96                  4.29                        1.67
UCLA          6.32                    4.66                        1.66
Ariz            6.99                  5.38                        1.61
Stanford      6.32                    4.80                        1.52
c.a.l.          6.80                    5.55                        1.25
Colo            5.79                  4.76                        1.03
ASU            5.60                  5.00                        0.60
WSU            6.07                  5.47                        0.60
Oregon        6.61                    6.23                        0.38
Utah            5.54                  5.47                        0.07
OSU            4.94                  5.11                      -0.17

Obviously these don't quite match most people's personal power rankings. Strength of schedule has a lot to do with that, but not everything.
