Re: Stanford-ND prediction thread - Hulk01 - 11-23-2015

63-0, unless Shaw pulls the first unit after the first series of the third quarter and lets Lohn play fullback and Simmons read the read-option.

If that, I see the visitors who shall not be named manage a garbage time score--63-3, provided he can nail it from 55 yards.

Jet Toner's future team 28
Manti Te'o's old team 20

(could've gone with Luke Kaumatule's current team, but since he likely won't be playing either, went with the future)

Re: Stanford-ND prediction thread - BostonCard - 11-24-2015

Wilner is predicting something like 31-23.  I think he's making a bit too much of the Irish injury situation; they've been remarkably resilient.  But maybe losing Prosise and Russell are the straws that break the camels back, so to speak.

And FFS, Wilner, it was not a hold.

Two evenly matched teams, but Stanford wins 34-30.

I suspect we will see more bend but don't break defense from the Cardinal this weekend.

He's a reporter, why doesn't he just ask the league about the call? I doubt it was controversial enough to merit a statement from them without someone bugging them, but bugging them about stuff like that is explicitly his job...
