I wonder what happens when a coach is fired midseason? Does Norm Chow get to keep submitting, or does it stay with the school? (Yes I realize that the SID is generally the one doing it, not the coach themselves, but I bet when you get fired you have more time to watch games and fill out a list.. )

I'm pretty sure whomever is the head coach at the time submits the ballot.
