Ukropina called his shot - terry - 11-30-2015
<blockquote>When Notre Dame scored with 30 seconds remaining to take a 36-35 advantage in tense Stanford Stadium, Ukropina told punter Alex Robinson, "Were going to get the ball with a few seconds left, drive down and kick a field goal and win. I kind of called it."</blockquote>

That ball was dead center. I think if the goalpost was eighteen inches wide he would have made it.

Ukropina is the Pac-12 special teams player of the week.

Good for Ukropina, and good for the Pac-12 for recognizing his importance. I was worried that Adoree Jackson would get it because of his punt return, and the fact that Ukropina only had one field goal. But context is everything, so good for him.
In other news, Kevin Hogan was robbed.
