SOFTBALL: 4-0 - JJJ - 02-11-2017

I know there are fans more knowledgeable than me on this 'board, but I thought I'd point out that the softball team has started the season 4-0 with a couple of more games scheduled tomorrow (San Diego + Fresno State). This Kajikawa Classic snuck up on me so I'm just putting it up here. No live feeds other than stats as far as I can tell, but it appears a number of freshmen are contributing already.

Clearly a positive sign with a program that desperately needs some.  Keeping fingers crossed they can sustain it for a little while.

Teaghan Cowles was freshman of the week, which bodes well for the future.

WE did lose both games on Sunday (the last game by a score of 24-8 ouch).

I think I brought bad luck. I won't start any softball threads for the rest of the season.  :P
