Re: OT: Whom - JJJ - 06-19-2017

I have to say I'm a bit bothered with the use of "more proud" and "most proud" by many people in recent years (including a certain #44). What happened to "prouder" and "proudest" (as in "not my proudest moment")? Sorry. Pet peeve rant over.

Re: OT: Whom - fullmetal - 06-19-2017

Improper use of comparative and superlatives adjectives is also a great peeve of mine :(

This is going to rank right up there as one of my favorite petty grammar moments. This coming from perhaps the pettiest (or "most petty") of them all.
