Paly High parking? - qwerty49 - 09-22-2017

Question for local fans:

How much does parking at Paly High cost?

(We decided not to spring for the Lot 2 parking this year.)

Thanks!

IIRC $ 20

If you don't mind a walk through campus, you can always park on the other side of Palm Drive (or if you are early enough, on the same side of Palm Drive) for free.  I usually park over by the chemistry buildings/art building parking structure.

Hmmm...
I looked at the parking map on gostanford and it looks like those lots are $25.  Lot 2 was $50/game and got raised so we decided we had better uses for the money...like dinner at Sundance, for example.

Here's the parking map

If you are there early enough, there is free street parking on Lauson St, in front of the Bing Concert Hall, Museum Way (on both sides of Palm Drive), on Roth Way (again, on both sides of Palm Drive), and in the parking structure on the corner of Roth Way and Campus Drive West, past the sculpture garden and the new art building. Availability of the street parking depends on the opponent and how early you get there, but if you plan to tailgate and it is not a reunion/Big Game/Notre Dame game, you can usually get parking about 2 hrs prior to kickoff. The parking structure by the art building is a bit of a walk (about 1 mile from the stadium), but is reliable and free, plus if you have some time before the game you can spend time in the sculpture garden or the museum, or my new favorite, the Anderson collection.  The walk is pleasant enough when the weather is nice.  The downside I guess is that it is far from Sundance.
