Trials and tribulations - fullmetal - 10-14-2017
I haven't been posting recently, and it's not by choice. Apparently The Cardboard has made it to a "sports/recreation" blacklist on my company's IT firewall...so yeah, this board has made the big leagues in terms of corporate time wasters!
Guarantee you I'm the only one at my work who visits the site. I have a few other sites of interest that no one else at work visits--we'll see if those get blacklisted as well...

Somehow I'm locked out of using the cardboard on my cell phone. But not my iPad or pc..

Turning...off? Well, I also work on a desktop, and hotspotting is forbidden at work :-\ Ah well. I'm off-site for a work business trip for a couple of weeks, so maybe I'll catch up on C-Board reading...might resurrect some zombie threads from a couple of weeks ago, who knows :)

Visit the board on your phone. This, you dont need to use it as a mobile hotspot.

Right, turn of the wifi and browse on 4g. Your mobile carrier doesn't give a hoot if you're browsing the Cardboard.

Oh haha. My work doesn't have wifi because security (aka preventing procrastination) is of paramount importance. There is very limited wifi bandwidth in the cafeteria though. Navigating the board (and typing long, useless screeds) on my phone is a pain :p
