Finally, a lot of great press for Love this week. He's gotta play tonight and I hope he plays well. The stage is set.

ESPN showed him losing ground in their H-Man tracker.  I mean, Barkley had like 180 APYs, who ever heard of such a brobdingnagian amount!

Staying the obvious, the coming month will determine things.  Key to me is that Love is getting the love, putting him in the spotlight for consideration

Hope he is healthy today!!

Worth staying up late for but not worth a video clip on the article. When I hit the link the first thing I see is a video box showing Saquon Barkley with a caption saying it's a breakdown of the coming Penn State vs. Ohio State game.

This is so similar to what happened with the recent SI feature about Love that it's about to turn me into an internet conspiracy theory nut.

I think you're on to something with the conspiracy theory...

But this was a fun article, and I didn't know about him looking up the records on his own!

Quote:Both were crazy competitive, but Chris knew he had something special on his hands when Bryce looked up the national youth sprint records, and set goals of breaking them, all on his own. Almost a decade later, Bryce is still the USATF record holder in the 100 and 400-meter sprints in two age groups.

I saw someone on /r/NFL complain about auto-playing videos unrelated to the article today. I think this is just one of those universal sports website issues right now.

Good article. Sometimes I like to read the comments to gage what others around the country are thinking/saying.Expecting the typical east of the Rockies response about how Saquon is far and away the better player. I clicked to the "comments" and not surprisingly their were none. Like Stanford games I guess no one saw the article.

I talked to a PSU alum yesterday who was not overly irrational about Barkley.    In fact he is more in the McSorley camp.  I wonder if the public is significantly less on that bandwagon than the ESPN led media
