That was a great second half by OSU. Barrett was fantastic! I'm guessing Barkley had negative yards in the second half and they didn't give him the ball on the last possession. No way he wins the east coast bias award. I love a little college football chaos! Rest up Bryce!

Holy crap, Barkley got 44 yards in 21 carries? Without his one long run he got EIGHT YARDS in 20 carries! Wow. Either OSU has the best defense ever, or Barkley's just not all that. McSorley had more yardage!
I think Love is hosed, he needed to play on Thursday because he needed to get close to Sanders's record. Unless he really goes off on the remainder of the schedule he just doesn't have enough to overcome the anti-Stanford bias.

Love did need a big game on national TV on Thursday, but the table is set. With games against WSU (the game day people seemed to hint that they may be in Pullman next week), Washington, California, and Notre Dame. If he does well, and we win three of four, he'll have a great shot at runner up.

Indeed, and I wonder why? I could easily understand them not being in the top of the South, but they should be much better than they are playing. If the new QB isn't good, put last years back in. There must be more to it than personnel.
