The No. 13 Cardinal will be without starters Jesse Burkett (center) and Alijah Holder (cornerback) as well as cornerback Malik Antoine, safety and special-teams standout Brandon Simmons and linebackers Curtis Robinson and Jordan Perez, all because of injuries.

At first I thought from your title that SDSU was nursing a lot of injuries.
Five guys who arguably are in the 2-deep from the D. Plus our starting center. Ouch. No pun intended.

Anyone notice freshman walk-on Nicholas Sligh? He is no longer listed on roster, but his twitter seems to still feature him in a uni. Is he practicing?
