YThe Duck fans that I encountered tonight at Autzen were polite and friendly. Many of them congratulated us. No problems at all.  I was favorably impressed.

You're going to get jerks among any fan base. The guys over the tunnel may be jerks.  I think the guy on the right actually does just want high fives, though.

Yeah, actually the contrast between the angry, gesticulating bear flipping everybody off and the smiling gentleman pleasantly holding out his hand for a high-five is pretty hilarious.

I imagine Oregon fans want to be judged by the actions of the shirtless bear and a few cup throwers about as much as we'd like to be judged by the actions of Brock Turner and Elizabeth Holmes. And given the number of "Safety School" signs I've seen at big game over the years, Eugene clearly has no monopoly on jerk fan behavior. Just sayin'.
