I'm not going to comment on whether the NCAA should or should not consider Title IX violations under its remit, but 10 Title IX lawsuits certainly show a lack of something.

what is it about these former Southwest Conference Schools.
the NCAA has been somewhat more lenient lately.  but i guess we'll have to wait till Spring to find out if they actually do anything.
