Well, at least to coaches, Stanford is #24 - Snorlax94 - 10-08-2018

We dropped out of the AP poll but still crack the top 25 in the coaches’ poll.

 I always felt like doing well in the coaches’  poll was a better compliment. Kind of like, who would you be most concerned about facing.

Maybe also some recognition that Bryce Love did not play in the Utah game. Remember how Stanford did last year against Oregon State when Bryce was out.

actually, i dont think the coaches put much effort into the rankings.  I feel the coaches poll is the least useful poll.
