Love, Speights, and Herbig on the always accurate depth chart, Robinson and Wedington are not

UW has some injury questions worth knowing about.

In addition, there is some speculation that Miles Gaskin might be back. He's been out the past two games with a shoulder injury. They've also been without their left tackle Trey Adams and tight end Hunter Bryant all season and they could be back as early as Stanford. But, if UW wants them to have the chance to play another year, they would more likely not return until only four games remain for UW. Against Cal apparently Trey Adams' backup was out so it seems they've been pretty banged up.

I have been under the general impression that injuries are a major reason that UW has not been as impressive as preseason expectations, though I haven't followed them well enough to be certain.

It seems yet another among a million reminders that despite any sports cliches, injuries can wipe out a team with little warning.

They could also play them against Stanford and hold them out for “easier” games such as OSU (two weeks later).

Good point. They have no game the week after this, then they have Oregon St, the Apple Cup, potentially the conf title game, and their bowl game.
