As far as I know, there have been two notable preseason polls published so far. 

The western teams listed were:

Baseball America
#3 UCLA, #7 Stanford, #10 Oregon State, #25 UC Irvine

D1 Baseball
#5 UCLA, #8 Oregon State, #12 Stanford, #25 Cal State Fullerton

Stanford also plays a four game series with Texas (#23 D1 Baseball, #19 Baseball America).
