OT: Elway hires Vic Fangio to coach the Broncos - cctop - 08-05-2019

Fangio has finally made it.  Good for him as a defensive coordinator:

I never expected him to stay at Stanford.  Still I was greatly disappointed when he left, more so than perhaps any other coordinator we've had.

I especially loved Thomas Keiser & Shayne Skov nicknaming him "Lord Fangio".  A quote from Skov at the time:

"It was almost like he's an evil genius," Skov said. "He has the maniacal voice. It seemed fitting at the time. It fits his personality with all the havoc he was wreaking during camp."
