What's the word on Toohill?
I saw him walking, escorted, into the tunnel with about five minutes remaining. Yes, I stayed to the bitter end. I have no idea if this was shown or mentioned on the broadcast. Anyone know what his injury was?

Maybe Andres Fox will step up. I am puzzled by his lack of PT. Thought he was explosive in his few snaps last year.

early in the game he hit his hand on what appeared to be an Oregon Helmet, first couple of plays after that he seemed to be feeling some pain/discomfort given the way he was shaking his hand between plays, maybe the injury is more serious than thought on Saturday

So does that mean Costello may benched (injury or otherwise) for Mills? The Or refers to QB1, not the backup position?

Toohill was trailing a play that was pretty much over when an Oregon lineman hit him from behind, in the back of the neck/head area. It should have been a personal foul for sure, and Oregon got a critical first down on that play, if I recall correctly. Toohill was on his knees and shook his head a little, like he got his bell rung. So I suspect he's in the concussion protocol.
I won't go so far as to say that it was an intentionally dirty play, but it should have been penalized.

Oregon always has a dirty player. The king of dirt was Kiki Alonzo. But they also always have track stars at the WR's. And this year they have exceptional cover corners.
