Stanford injury report - Spiny_Norman - 11-12-2019

It just keeps getting better. And by "better", I mean worse, though Mills is back.

Being short in the secondary does not bode well.

At least it sounds like we'll have the same O-Line available 2 weeks in a row.

This level of attrition is beyond ridiculous.

It is now clear Costello has basically been playing hurt all year.  And I would argue if one of he or Mills was healthy for each game, even without the OL problems, Stanford would likely be 6-3 right now and certainly would have beat Colorado.

As an aside, Shaw really needs all his draft eligible players with eligibility remaining after this year to return to the team in 2020. He needs it to have a bounce back year, and they need it to enhance their draft positions.

Was Mills not officially back last week?

At Colorado he was suited up with helmet on, tossing balls with KJ, while West was there wearing a baseball cap.

Sadly this could me we've seen the last of Adebo Island in Cardinal & White.

At the presser last week, Shaw said "Mills may suit up" vs. Colorado which sounded to me like he was not game ready yet. I think he has progressed a lot in the last week.

They can win four with Adebo and they can win four without him. Unless it's Dick Butkus one guy doesn't make much of a difference.
