Ruffin McNeill - Phogge - 01-24-2020

Resigned as OLB coach at Oklahoma. Former DC at various schools and head coach at East Carolina 2010-2015. Don’t know the reason but could certainly bring experience to the open ILB post at Stanford a la Ron Gould with RB’s. Jus sayin....

McNeill is moving to North Carolina to assist his dad who has health problems

Plus possible we have the replacement only possible

So a question: They recently changed the 6th year rule so is it possible for a coach who isn’t one of the ten to go on the road recruiting ?
