It is a start, but with 7 or more of the relatively wealthy states with large economies issuing stay-at-home for weeks and every state using social distancing for months that feels a bit light.   But I do like that they are tossing out a fairly big number as that gives me some assurance that the stock market is already pricing in the impact of the tepid federal government responses.
