Really fun to watch. Thanks for posting. Love her just plain niceness that really comes through. Interesting that she nominates a Tennessee player for the next interview. (I hope her parents watch this and remind her not to touch her face! Many, many touches. From daughter of doctors, ouch!)

thanks, fran!
(and maybe give the kid and her doctor parents credit for some smarts? to my understanding, keeping hands away from the face protects us when we're out and about, touching surfaces possibly contaminated. like wearing a mask, it's not much needed when sheltering indoors at home - at least if you wash outdoor clothes, sanitize packages coming into the home, and wash your hands afterwards.)
p.s. oops! sorry, oldalum - wrote my comments on touching the face at the same time as you did.

I find this very difficult to do, myself. But while we're doing shelter in place it doesn't really matter in your own home; it's when we are out and prone to be touching contaminated surfaces that it would be a problem. Which is a benefit of wearing a mask and gloves when you're out: both help remind you not to touch your face and the mask reduces the risk when you do.

The Tennessee player that Fran nominated, Jordan Horston, is someone she knows as a teammate from USA Basketball.

Did I hear her correctly at 5:35?
"I'm really excited to see what we can do. We'll have a lot of the core of our team back. We're really only losing Nadia and Mik and D, cuz Anna's coming back so we'll still have a lot of our core team..."
So this sounds to me like confirmation that Anna is coming back but also confirmation that Dijonai is not. But since she did not mention Moshkau I wonder if this was recorded before that announcement....and so perhaps the situation has changed?
She also mentioned having Haley back and Maya healthy for the year...we expected that but it is nice to hear that confirmed.

Pre recorded. Still a chance with Dijonai. We knew Wilson was coming back when Tara said so Thursday.
