A warning:

If the information doesn't come from a source you know is interested in - and can be held accountable to - what is in the best interest of you, your state, or the country, don't fall for it. And certainly don't endorse or spread it.
We are not only at war with the virus, we are at war with Russia, Iran, and China governments trying to divide and weaken the United States, virus or not.

Totally agree. For example, last month a hoax presented a collection of bogus tips as advice from Stanford. The verge reported on it as a hoax. To save you tracking the link, here's the heart of the Verge story (emphasis mine)
"A list of dubious coronavirus tips is
going viral on Facebook and Twitter, as well as spreading through email.
It falsely claims to be from the Stanford Hospital board and contains advice like 'take a few sips of water every 15 minutes at least,' to kill the virus. None of these tips have anything to do with reality; it is dangerous misinformation.
Stanford confirmed the message did not come from the university. In a statement emailed to
The Verge, Lisa Kim, a media relations specialist at Stanford Health, said 'A widely distributed email about COVID-19 that is attributed to a ‘
Stanford Hospital board member’ contains inaccurate information. It did not come from Stanford Medicine.'"
