It's not the Plumlees. Although the dad is the answer to another question.
The O'Brians... Johnny, Eddie and Larry.

I didn’t release Rick Barry had 4 sons. All 4 equal 4,246
The Three Tinkles 4,245
The Samuelsons 4,465. Phogge wins again
As a family I read recently the Tinkles with mom and dad

Um, the two Ogwumikes at Stanford combined for 5228 points (2737 for Chiney and 2491 for Nneka) beating out the three Samuelsons. Add in Erica (1597 in three years so far) and Olivia (~400 in an injury shortened career at Pepperdine and Rice) and you are looking at over 7000 points for the four Ogwumikes.
Did I miss something in your question?

The Millers:
Cheryl (who's still better than Reggie)...3018 pts.
Reggie...2095 pts.
Darrell...0 pts.
Canyon Barry is a half-sibling of the other Barrys...making the Millers (5113 pts.) the point leaders by siblings with the same mother/father.

You all are awesome. I can’t find the story but I got faked out.
And forgetting the O sisters is unforgivable on my part :)

Also, the two Curry brothers (Stephen and Seth) scored 4738 points combined.
The Howard brothers (Jordan and Markus) are the new leaders in mens basketball (though I can't find their joint total; however since they just broke the Curry's record they should be just above the Currys).

Here's a (dated) list of top brothers:
https://www.espn.com/blog/collegebasketballnation/post/_/id/73578/curry-brothers-climb-ncaa-scoring-charts
Kelsey Plum has two older sisters, but they both played volleyball.
Sabrina Ionescu has a twin brother Eddy who plays basketball, but his scoring is a rounding error.
Other siblings I found: Reggie and Cheryl Miller
Cheryl scored 3018 pts for USC
Reggie scored 2095 pts for UCLA
So, together they made 5113.
I think the Ogwumikes will be very hard to beat.
